One of my clients recently shared with me her experience of the Easter weekend.
“I went into Easter determined to enjoy it with family and the kids and to avoid the ultra-sweet choccy thing and the hot cross buns.”
“I had been going so well resisting the sugar up until Easter and getting on top of my candida symptoms I didn’t want to undo all of my good work. I was feeling so much better for it!”
