It's super easy to wizz up these ingredients for a great balanced brekkie of easy-to-digest nutrients.


2 tablespoons of coconut yoghurt

3 tablespoons of soaked quinoa flakes

½ cup raspberries, blueberries or strawberries

1 teaspoon soaked chia flakes

Filtered water or Body Ecology CocoBiotic, InnergyBiotic or PassionfruitBiotic


Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and process until smooth and creamy.
