Beaut Buckwheat Porridge
Body Ecology Stage 1

Ingredients: 1 cup/person of buckwheat kernels Coconut oil Ground cinnamon Ground nutmeg Coconut ‘cheese’ Body Ecology style, for serving http://yourdigestion.com.au/collections/probiotic-cultures/products/kefir-starter  Method: Soak buckwheat kernels overnight in filtered water with a sprinkle of Celtic sea salt Strain the kernels and place in a pot with coconut oil and water to cover Simmer on low for 10-15 minutes, add water as needed Serve with a sprinkle of cinnamon and nutmeg to taste and top with coconut cheese Enjoy!
