No bake, naturally sugar free, nutritious and sooo delicious!
1 cup of almond meal
1 cup of coconut butter
1.5 tbspns of raw cacao powder
1 tspn of ground ginger
half tspn of cinnamon
pinch of ground vanilla bean
1 tbspn of melted coconut oil
stevia to taste
desiccated coconut for rolling
Mix, roll and chill!
Makes about 10 small balls
